Merrem Tööstusplast guarantees a complete supply programme of technical rubber. From a few parts to medium-sized and large series, and from simple to complicated products. You can confidently leave the cutting and stamping of these materials to Merrem Tööstusplast.
Merrem Tööstusplast has a carefully balanced range of rubber types in its product package. Below are the most common qualities for a non-aggressive environment and at normal application temperatures. Of course other types are available on request.
Merrem Tööstusplast also offers an entire series of oil resistant rubbers. These types of rubber can be used at high and low temperatures.
When the application is used at high temperatures, for example +200°C, then Merrem Tööstusplast can provide a suitable solution for this. The rubber types that can be considered here are silicone and fluorcarbon rubber (FPM/Viton rubber) for example.
Polyurethane has a high wear and chemical resistance. The material is characterised by a high tensile strength and tear resistance, good sound damping and excellent adhesion. Polyurethane is available in different hardnesses, and on account of its exceptionally good damping is used for applications with large vibrations or high impacts. For example it is used for buffers, but also for scrapers on rollers.
An ever-increasing sensitivity to sound and vibrations makes antivibration solutions made of Diepolast indispensable.
The special feature of Diepolast is its microcellular elastomer structure with enclosed gas volumes. Its volume compressibility is as remarkable as the extraordinary insensitivity at static and / or dynamic loads.
The favorable material properties of the material Diepolast is suitable for nearly every application for vibration isolation and to decouple structure-borne sound. As rolls or in the form of finished damping elements, it is used for pressure and shear-loaded damping – for example of buildings, machine frames or industrial components up to the stage equipment.
The Diepolast - product range includes 13 standard types for different load ranges and is manufactured in 2 standard - material thicknesses 12.5 and 25 mm.
Diepolast - benefits and advantages
In buildings - Secure vibration protection of the building or part of a building against external noise sources and their vibrations (also impact sound), increase the market value of the building, improve living and working conditions and is a sustainable solution for the expected growth in demand for comfort.
For mechanical and industrial components - Isolation of disturbing machine vibrations, higher precision performance, less wear, longer lifetime of the machine, better working conditions, good resistance to mineral oils and greases and diluted acids and alkalis.
